Reflections on Evolving Consciousness and Sustainable Living

This page will provide an index of what we are learning as we grow in awareness and devote time to what Thomas Berry calls "The Great Work." Many of our reflections are included in the form of "Blogs" (Click here or on 'Blog' in the menu bar above to go there). Some are in the form of essays as outlined below.

Universe Story - Reflections

At times we reflect on the Universe Story - the story of how Light (beginning at the moment of the Big Bang) has transformed itself into current Consciousness in the physical form of us humans.

Evolving Consciousness - Reflections

At times we reflect on the Evolving Consciousness of Humanity and share our thoughts

Sustainable Living with Creativity - Reflections

At times we reflect on our human behavior. We admire the human spirit, passsion, compassion, creativity, consciousness and ability to live sustainably. We lament those human behaviors and human creations that are unsustainable and violent. We are amazed by the complex capabilities of our species -our source of 'free will.' We are dismayed when that individual and collective freedom results in irresponsible behavior and forms of violence to our interdependent web of Life. We reflect on a new ethic - what some call Ecomorality that seeks right relations with everyone and everything around us.
